Health Score

The Health Score, along with the Fit Score, is a key metric used to assess a customer. Health Score is a numerical value that reflects how actively a customer uses your product. It ranges from -100 to 100, where 100 indicates full utilization of the product, and -100 indicates no usage at all.

How Health Score is Calculated

Health Score is made up of several characteristics, called properties. Each property has a weight, shown as a percentage, indicating how much it affects the overall Health Score.

In the example above, the property "Deals" has the greatest influence on the calculation of Health Score, with a weight of 50%. The remaining two properties, "Days Since Last Login" and "Time in Product", each contribute 25% to the Health Score.
