Fireflies.ai
Connect Fireflies.ai (opens in a new tab) to Customerscore.io and see meetings with your customers directly on their detail page — including the AI summary, action items and topics Fireflies generates for every call. Meetings are matched to customers automatically by attendee email address and company domain.
You'll need:
- A Fireflies.ai account with API access (API availability depends on your Fireflies plan (opens in a new tab))
- ADMIN role in Customerscore.io
Step 1 — Get your Fireflies API key
- Open the Fireflies dashboard (opens in a new tab) and go to Settings → MCP & Dev Tools
- In Developer Settings, find API Key
- Copy the key
Step 2 — Connect in Customerscore.io
- Open Settings → Providers (opens in a new tab) and click Fireflies.ai in the Meetings section
- Paste your API key
- Pick the initial sync window — how far back the first sync reaches (30, 90, 180, or 365 days)
- Excluded domains (optional) — comma-separated domains (partners, agencies) that should never be matched to customers
- Click Connect Fireflies.ai
The first sync starts automatically. After that, meetings sync once a day (6:00 in your account's timezone by default — configurable in the integration settings). You can always trigger a manual run with Sync now.
How meetings are matched to customers
Each meeting's attendees (including the organizer) are compared against your customer records, in two tiers:
- Email address — an attendee's address equals a customer's (or their contact's) email property
- Company domain — an attendee's company domain matches exactly one customer's email or website domain. Shared/freemail domains (gmail.com, outlook.com, …) and ambiguous domains that would match several customers are skipped.
Matched meetings appear in the Meetings tab on the customer detail, with the AI summary, action items, topics and a link to the recording in Fireflies.
Security & data handling
- Read-only usage. The API key is only used to read your meetings — Customerscore.io never modifies anything in your Fireflies workspace.
- No transcripts stored. Customerscore.io stores meeting metadata (title, time, duration, attendees), the AI summary, action items and topics. The full transcript and recording stay in Fireflies — the meeting detail links out to them.
- Unmatched meetings are not stored. Meetings whose attendees don't match any of your customers are skipped entirely.
- Revocable at any time. Regenerate or revoke the API key in Fireflies to cut off access. Disconnecting the integration in Customerscore.io deletes all synced meetings from our systems.
Troubleshooting
- "Fireflies rejected the API key" — the key was copied incompletely or revoked. Generate a fresh key in the Fireflies dashboard and reconnect.
- Meetings aren't matching — matching needs customer email or website properties to be filled in. Matching applies on the next daily sync after you fill them in.
