Raynet CRM
Connect Raynet to Customerscore to sync CRM data from companies or deals — and push scores, health data, and custom attributes back to Raynet.
How to Connect Raynet to Customerscore
Step 1: Get Your Raynet API Token
- Login to your Raynet account
- Click your profile icon in the top right corner and go to Settings
- Navigate to API and generate or copy your API token
You will also need:
- Your Raynet domain (e.g.
app.raynet.cz,app.raynetcrm.sk,eu.raynetcrm.com) - Your instance name (the company identifier used in your Raynet URL)
- Your username (email address associated with the API token)
Step 2: Connect in Customerscore
In the Customerscore app, navigate to Settings → Providers, then click the Connect button on the Raynet card. Enter the credentials from Step 1:
- Domain — select your Raynet instance domain
- Instance name — your Raynet company identifier
- Username — your Raynet login email
- API token — the token from Step 1
Customerscore will validate the credentials against your Raynet account before proceeding.
Step 3: Select Entity Type
Choose which Raynet entity to sync customers from:
| Entity | Description |
|---|---|
| Accounts | Companies and organizations in Raynet |
| Deals | Business cases / opportunities in Raynet |
Each integration is configured for one entity type. If you need to sync both, contact us.
Step 4: Configure Field Mapping
First, select the Raynet field that will serve as the External ID — this is the unique identifier that links Raynet records to records in Customerscore.
Then proceed to field mapping. For each mapping, you choose:
- Raynet field — a standard or custom field from your Raynet entity (left side)
- Customerscore attribute or metric — the corresponding field in Customerscore (right side)
- Direction — whether data flows into Customerscore (Inbound) or is pushed back to Raynet (Outbound)
Customerscore fetches available fields — including custom fields — directly from your Raynet account, so they appear in the dropdown automatically.
You can map as many fields as needed in both directions. Once you're done, click Confirm to complete the setup.
Only attributes and metrics with their data source set to Raynet will be imported from your Raynet account. You can manage data sources in the Settings section of the Customerscore app. For each attribute or metric, use the Data Source column in the table to ensure it's correctly set to Raynet.
Syncing Data Back to Raynet (Outbound)
In addition to importing data from Raynet, Customerscore can push data back to your Raynet company or deal records. This includes calculated scores, health data, churn signals, and any custom attributes or metrics you track in Customerscore. Your sales and CS teams can then see this information directly in Raynet without switching tools.
The following Customerscore fields can be synced outbound to Raynet:
| Customerscore Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Fit Score | How well a customer fits your ideal customer profile |
| Health Score | Overall customer engagement and health |
| Churn Risk | Predicted churn risk level |
| Churned | Whether the customer has churned |
| Custom attributes | Any customer attributes you have configured in Customerscore |
| Custom metrics | Any custom metrics you track in Customerscore |
When the Churned field is mapped to Raynet's state field,
Customerscore automatically translates the value: churned customers are set to
D_UNATTRACTIVE and active customers to B_ACTUAL.
Prepare Custom Fields in Raynet
For outbound sync, Customerscore writes data into existing Raynet fields. Before mapping outbound fields, create the corresponding custom fields in your Raynet account.
To create a custom field in Raynet:
- Go to Settings → Custom fields
- Select Company or Deal (matching the entity type you configured)
- Create a field for each value you want to receive from Customerscore
Recommended setup:
| Field | Suggested name | Field type |
|---|---|---|
| Fit Score | Customerscore Fit Score | Number |
| Health Score | Customerscore Health Score | Number |
| Churn Risk | Customerscore Churn Risk | Number |
| Churned | Map to the existing State field | — |
Once the custom fields exist in Raynet, they will appear in the field mapping dropdown in Customerscore. Set the direction to Outbound when mapping them.
Custom fields must exist in Raynet before you can map them in Customerscore. Customerscore does not create fields in Raynet automatically.
When Does Outbound Sync Run?
Outbound sync runs automatically after each data import cycle completes. Every time Customerscore finishes processing your customer data and recalculating scores, the updated values are pushed to Raynet shortly after.
Both active customers and customers who recently churned are included in each outbound sync.
What Happens Next?
Once the setup is complete, your Raynet account will be automatically connected to the Customerscore app. By default, we will sync your data on a daily basis.
If you prefer a weekly, monthly, or custom sync schedule, feel free to contact us and we'll adjust it to fit your needs.
